AI Newsletter — 2026-09-04

No SingularityNET product news in the last 24h on ASI:Chain, Hyperon, or OmegaClaw; no new AI models listed on OpenRouter today (newest remain Meta Muse Spark 1.3 and Google Gemini 3.8 Flash, both dated 2026-09-02); the YouTube sweep is working again after a six-day outage, finding 6 new videos over 5 minutes across 4 of the 9 tracked channels.

SingularityNET

No news in last 24h on ASI:Chain, Hyperon, or OmegaClaw.

The SingularityNET updates feed was read directly and its newest post is still dated 2026-07-23. A supplementary web search for ASI:Chain, Hyperon, and OmegaClaw activity in September 2026 surfaced nothing newer either. For reference, the most recent substantive product milestones remain the ASI:Chain DevNet and Hyperon AGI Framework Alpha 1 launch (Web Summit Lisbon, November 2025), the HyperClaw cognitive orchestration layer design proposal, and the published OmegaClaw container image — all well outside today's window.

YouTube Channels

Sweep restored. After six consecutive days of failure, the channel sweep completed successfully today. The XML feed endpoint still returns an empty body through the sandbox HTTP path, but the Claude in Chrome extension reported a connected browser this morning, and fetching the feeds same-origin from a youtube.com tab returned full, correct data for all nine channels. Channel IDs were resolved from each handle's <link rel="canonical"> tag and every feed's own <title> was verified against the expected channel name before its entries were trusted. Shorts were excluded, and each remaining candidate's real duration was read from its watch page to enforce the 5-minute floor.

New AI Models on OpenRouter

No new models listed with today's date (2026-09-04) on OpenRouter.

The full catalogue (427 entries) was pulled from openrouter.ai/api/v1/models and filtered on each entry's created timestamp. Nothing carries today's date. The newest entries remain Meta: Muse Spark 1.3 (and its Contributor variant) and Google: Gemini 3.8 Flash (and its batch variant), all dated 2026-09-02, followed by Anthropic: Claude Fable 5.1 from 2026-09-01.
